Special Discrete Processes

QuickSil builds a wide range of discrete semiconductor devices including:

Photodiodes and low leakage PIN diodes:
QuickSil has the capability to design and fabricate a wide range of photodiodes. In particular, QuickSil understands the requirements (both layout and process) that are required to reduce leakage in such devices, especially PIN diodes built on high resistivity float zone (FZ) substrates.

Phototransistors:
In addition to PIN diodes, QuickSil can design and build phototransistors. In cases where tight beta control and low leakage are required, QuickSil can utilize its proprietary low leakage designs and processes to ensure consistently high yielding product.
