PIN Diodes and Photodiodes

These PIN diodes are tailored for many purposes including front side and backside illuminated photodetectors for use with and without scintilators, RF switches and so forth.

In cases where extremely low leakages are required, QuickSil utilizes its propriety low leakage technology. We believe that our technology results in the lowest leakage devices currently available. Because QuickSil uses steppers to print these devices, the combination of the low leakage processing and low photomasking induced defect densities allow QuickSil to obtain high yields processing relatively large devices.

If required QuickSil can work with the customer and design most required detectors and PIN switches.

Phototransistors, matched phototransistors, and Darlington phototransistors are also available.

QuickSil generally designs these diodes in house to meet customer requirements.
