MCMDs and Blanks for Assembly Technology Testing

Because this wafer fabrication area was at one time used for processing MCMD devices, we have the capability of manufacturing MCMD and integrated circuit passive devices (see TVS devices also).

QuickSil manufactures "die blanks" for a number of customers. These devices are usually "daisy chain" style devices (a series on pads, some connected and some not connected), for assessing the reliability of various assembly technologies. QuickSil can integrate resistors and other requirements into such structures. QuickSil can work with the customer to design structures to meet the customer requirements.
