Biomedical Custom Products

QuickSil successfully builds a number of products for our biomedical customers. QuickSil's technology capabilities include the manufacture of very high input impedance amplifiers combined with the design and technology for manufacturing ultra low leakage photodiodes used for sequencing type equipment.

QuickSil continues to supply very low leakage PIN diodes for use in the first commercially successful silicon based Anger Camera. These diodes are backside illuminated using fully depleted PIN diodes and use a combination of technology from our customer and QuickSil.

QuickSil has successfully built prototype test vehicles for micro chemistry systems development utilizing the interactions between organic materials and inorganic dielectrics.

QuickSil has successfully processed a number of MEMS based transducers using technologies developed in conjunction with our customers. The use of steppers in defining the geometries has reduced the manufacturing induced parametric variations. Our experience in depositing thick and thin dielectrics of various types with controlled stresses enables us to manufacture these devices.
